Copeland is a development consisting of a mass timber office building, two condos buildings with retail on the ground floor, sixteen townhomes, and a boutique hotel in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of Austin, TX. The design intent was to create an inter-connected walkable community, improve the pedestrian experience along the street, activate the site through shared and connected programs, preserve and highlight trees and environmental features, and plan for the project’s ability to evolve with the street.
